DevOps Engineer (F/M/D)

This position is based in Rennes, France.

 

Our DevOps team is getting stronger as our self-hosted, full-as-code Kubernetes infrastructure is gaining is growing! This is why we are looking for new people to join our project.

Our day-to-day objective is to package, automate and operate the business applications and middleware of the IDnow solution in SaaS mode.

Main Role and Tasks

  • Automating and improving the deployment of middlewares and IDnow business applications, mostly based on Ansible playbooks
  • Operate, supervise and maintain in operational conditions those applications in production. As such, you will participate in N3 on-call duty
  • Improve and maintain the CI chain, and will work as support the Development and QA teams in deploying and validating their applications
  • Write the technical documentation and the procedures required for security audits

That Describes You

  • At least 3 years' experience in a DevOps-oriented position
  • Good knowledge of Ansible, Gitlab-ci or Jenkins, and would like to learn about Kubernetes
  • You appreciate the "as code" approach, so you like to test your code
  • Keen to learn new technologies, especially when it comes to adapting them to a high-security context
  • Good writing skills, especially when it comes to as-code documentation
  • You like teamwork, you're always ready to help a colleague, to do code reviews and to ask for them, and you easily share your good ideas with other team members
  • Good level of written and spoken technical French & English

 

Our Recruitment Process

  • Second interview with the Hiring Manager and someone from the team (1h - video call)
  • Use case to prepare at home (1 week)
  • Technical interview based on your work with the Hiring Manager and someone from the team (2h - on-site is preferred)
