Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)


Full-cycle Recruiting: This role manages recruiting projects from job creation to hire (posting management, candidate pre-selection, coordination, interviews, skill validation) and is most importantly the main contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout an agile and fast application process 

Onboarding: This role will be organizing the onboarding process for our new starters to provide them the best possible experience from the start.

You know how to approach exceptional talents from across the world using various channels and sourcing techniques. In order to stay competitive, you love staying informed about innovative TA practices and always try to make processes smarter and more time-efficient

As a strategic partner for dedicated IDnow Group departments you are strong in building relationships, understand emerging needs and develop the people strategy together with the Group management

Lead and support various Employer Branding projects to ensure a consistent IDnow Group brand and message across all social media channels. Innovation and creativity are welcomed


Develop and lead candidate pipeline projects (build up new university relations, programs or projects) to ensure future sourcing channels

You take part in various HR-related projects such as position and skill mapping, redesign and maintenance of job descriptions, and research on latest trends (e.g. new benefits or tools)


2-3 years of specific recruiting experience in Sales and Business Development role recruiting

A plus to have experience working in software companies in a high-growth environment

Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to find and attract talents

Experience in working with people of different seniority levels and multicultural backgrounds as well as good communication skills with different stakeholders

First experiences in contract negotiation both with candidates or partners

Ability to network both with hiring managers and colleagues internally and prospective candidates externally.  Well organized with a strength in multi-tasking and keeping priorities straight when working on several projects

Nice-2-have: Employer Branding experience

Fluency in English is required

German, French, Spanish or Romanian language skills are a plus
