(Senior) Account Manager - Partnerships (m/f/d)

Tasks

As the main point of contact and coordinator among IDnow teams and our partners, you will be a key ambassador for our products, and also bring market feedback into the company to improve our products, services, and the partner program itself

Onboard newly signed sales partners into the partner program and its processes

Build and cultivate trusted, meaningful relationships with our newly contracted and existing sales partners

Enable and train the sales team of our partners

Manage and renegotiate cooperation contracts with our sales partners

Achieve set sales targets and deliver new revenue streams into the business

Actively contribute to and collaborate on our growing partner program

Develop and implement successful go-to-market strategies with our sales partners

Represent IDnow`s Partner Program at customer meetings, international conferences, industry and networking events

 

 

Qualifications

Successfully completed university studies in Business Administration, Computer Science or Engineering

Several years’ experience in a business development, partnership / channel sales, or enterprise account management position

Strong ability to develop clear, executable go-to-market strategies

Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the identity business

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively present to all levels of management

Ability to lead topics and achieve results across international sales and technical teams

Fluent language skills in English and German, other languages welcome

Willingness to travel
